📸 Camera Rental Terms & Conditions:
1. Rental Duration & Pricing, 24-Hour Cycle:
Rental fees are calculated on a 24-hour basis from the time you pick up the equipment and ends when you return it.
Example: If you pick up at 12:00 PM tomorrow and return it by 12:00 PM the following day, it counts as 1 day.
2. Booking Fee:
To secure your equipment for specific dates, a booking deposit is required.
Rate: RM50, this booking fee will be deducted from your total rental fee.
Payment at Collection: During the face-to-face meetup, pay the remaining rental Balance + Security Deposit.
Refund: The Security Deposit will be fully refunded once the camera is returned and inspected.
3. IC Verification & Security Deposit:
For security purposes, we require a face-to-face IC (ID) verification:
The Process: During the meetup, need to take a photo of your IC or send IC with
watermark stating "For Camera Rental Use Only"
Verification: The bank account used for the deposit, the IC provided, and the person making the payment at the meetup must all belong to the same person.
4. Usage Guidelines & Care:
Please treat the equipment as if it were your own. To avoid damage or repair fees, please follow these rules:
Lens: Avoid removing the lens to prevent dust from entering the sensor.
Environment: * NO shooting on/in the sea (Beach shots are okay, but do not let the camera touch the sand).
Strictly NO sand allowed inside the camera.
Light Damage: Do not point the camera at lasers or extreme direct light (e.g., the sun, concert lasers, or strobe lights), as these can burn the sensor.
Accidents: If the equipment is dropped, bumped, or exposed to rain/water, a portion of the security deposit will be deducted.
Loss/Severe Damage: In the event of loss or irreparable damage, the rentor is responsible for the full retail price or the official repair cost.
